Neo is an AI assistant. Responses may be generated using third-party AI providers. AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, so important decisions should be independently verified.

Neo uses account authentication to protect dashboard access and may process microphone audio through third-party AI providers to deliver realtime spoken responses.

Raw audio is not saved by default. Conversation text is saved only when you save a conversation or enable saved history in settings. You can delete saved conversations from your account.

We log security and usage events such as session creation, errors, duration, and rate limit activity to protect the service and manage costs. Secrets and API keys are stored server-side only.
